Panchal with a vision to serve all segments of society, the company has been involved in the construction of affordable and luxurious residential complexes and commercial projects par excellence. It has successfully completed over 80 projects with more than 10,000 homes and total constructed space of 60 lakh sq. ft. Promoters

A building is as strong as its foundation. For us, we find anchorage in our founder promoter, Shri J. D. Panchal, a visionary and Gold Medallist in Civil Engineering who meticulously through best practices has made Narayan Realty Group synonymous with trust and reliability. His 40 years of rich experience has given the perfect platform for his sons Pranav Panchal and Kartik Panchal to take this legacy forward. Mr. Pranav Panchal, a Masters in Civil Engineering from the USA and Mr. Kartik Panchal, a celebrated architect together overlook the entire life cycle of each project right from the acquisition, permissions and entitlement process to construction. Their teamwork, innovation and creativity have given the company direction to create world-class properties across the state. With a vision to uplift the shape of communities, we are on the constant lookout to seek creative new opportunities and strive to bring value and success to the company and its stakeholders.
