We have been in real estate & construction business for close to three decades. We started our business from Bharuch and later expanded to Vadodara and Surat.

Ahmedabad is one of the fastest-growing cities in Gujarat. We are conducting study to assess the real estate market of Ahmedabad and with objective of starting operations there.

We plan to expand our operations in Vadodara and Bharuch while we reach newer markets. We have rich experience and understanding for Real-Estate Development, Land Purchase, General Contracting as well as Project Management. Since last 10 years, we have concentrated on large scale residential projects, commercial projects and land development.

We have developed large scale townships and luxurious residential projects, some of them comprising of more than 900 houses each. With demand for premium housing rising steadily due to rise in income and easy availability of home loans – there is great potential for luxurious residential projects

While, with our proven expertise in premium housing segment, we build up the momentum for development of real estate projects, we continue to identify promising areas for future development based on continuous market trend analysis.
